The Manhattan Pact, often abbreviated to simply MP or PM depending on the language, is a military pact and influence sphere led by the Unitary American State. In cipher, it is referred to as Apollofall. It has three main facilities. The military, coordination, and other aspects akin to such are mainly executed in Site Apollo, in the Brussels Metro province, in Brabantia. The bureaucratic, financial, and cooperative aspects of the Manhattan Pact are mainly executed in the Manhattan Pact Building in New York. Finally, the public aspects such as propaganda, foreign relations, or any type of public broadcasting related to MP are managed in Site Avantgarde, an MP offices complex in the Palais de Chaillot.

History

The Manhattan Pact was formed on Friday the 13th, in May of 1949, between the Unitary American State, West Germany, France, and the British Republic. It was formed as a defensive pact, with a policy of "an attack on one is an attack on all". Many other nations would join later, which are listed below.

On July 25th, 1969, the Manhattan Pact passed a policy called the Foestrike Policy, which essentially transformed the "an attack on one of us is an attack on all of us" rhetoric into "a war between one of us is a war between all of us", essentially meaning that the MP would be both a defensive and an offensive military pact.
